1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bk39 platform and all its services. "bk39", "we", "our", and "platform" refer to the bk39.lat website and all digital services connected to it. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who browses or uses this platform.

These terms may change from time to time. Any changes will take effect from the date they are applied and will be updated on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The bk39 platform is open only to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must use the platform voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You must have the legal capacity to open an account in your own name and manage financial transactions.
• Each person may hold only one account; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

bk39 takes its responsibility to keep minors away from gambling seriously. If there is any doubt about a user's age, we may request the necessary documents for age verification. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account with bk39, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if any of your account details change.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your username and password completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the bk39 support team immediately. The user is solely responsible for all activities that occur on their account.

3.3 Identity Verification

bk39 may request identity verification documents at any time in the interest of security and protection. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the account being temporarily suspended and withdrawals being placed on hold.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bk39 is ৳100 for each payment method. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits via any other method are not possible.

• Please provide accurate details when making a deposit — bk39 will not be responsible if a transaction fails due to incorrect information.
• Deposited funds must always come from the account holder's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and such transactions may be returned without verification.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bk39 may request identity verification documents before a withdrawal request is completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must meet wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

• While a bonus is active, the deposited amount may also not be withdrawable until the wagering requirements are met.
• bk39 reserves the right to impose restrictions on wagering in certain games.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Each user may receive each promotional offer only once.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bk39's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. You can advance through tiers by playing regularly. Cashback is paid out at a set time each week.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once any bet on bk39 is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical fault or software issue causes an error in a bet or game result, bk39 reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting is available on various international tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and the FIFA World Cup. Sports event results will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant sports governing body.

• Bets are accepted before a match begins; live betting rules apply separately.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, stakes will be refunded unless the event is rescheduled within the designated timeframe.
• If an official authority changes a score or result, bk39 will recalculate payouts according to the revised result.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

In live casino and slot games, all outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality and fairness. If your internet connection is lost during a game, the result of the active round will be saved on the server and your balance will be updated once the connection is restored.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk39 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by a single person.
• Creating or operating accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using automation software, bots, or artificial means to operate games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or technical systems.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or steal their information.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or abusing the chargeback process.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards other members or staff.

If any of these activities are detected, bk39 is entitled to immediately suspend or close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

bk39 is committed to ensuring service standards to the extent legally possible. However, we do not accept liability in the following cases:

• Games interrupted due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Software issues from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi).
• Losses caused by the user's own device or network issues.
• Events beyond our control (force majeure, natural disasters, government directives).

bk39's maximum liability for any loss shall in no case exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

bk39 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• If these terms and conditions are violated.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the user does not cooperate with identity verification.
• If required to fulfil any legal obligation.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

11. Service Changes

bk39 reserves the right to change, update, or temporarily suspend any part of the platform — including the game library, offers, payment methods, or technical infrastructure — at any time. Advance notice will be given for planned maintenance where possible, but this may not be possible in urgent situations.
